Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Domestic orders (Vietnam): 3–7 business days

• International orders: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and courier service

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary because of customs procedures, weather conditions, or transportation delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package size, weight, and shipping destination.

4. Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number via email after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.

5. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
