VITENEZ is committed to providing a clear and reasonable return and refund process for customers.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

3. Return Requests

To initiate a return, customers should contact info@vitenez.com with their order details and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
